We can assist in the digital switch over, and can offer a digital VoIP phone system, we use our own systems we do not outsource to 3rd party systems.

Repairs

We offer repair services and reports for any IT hardware, from PC/Leptop to iPhone/iMAC, we can arrange a collection of your hardware, so we can assess the problem and report back with the costs of the repair. You can then decide to go ahead with the repair or have the hardware returned to you.

Support Services

We offer different types of support, from a pay as you go type, ideal for the smaller business, where you pay for the time you are supported (by the hour), or a support contract, which is set depending upon your needs but gives you a higher priority and service over the pay as you going. The support is mainly remote support, but may also include on-site where needed/required.

Server Hosting

We offer various types of server hosting, from VPS on a shared server, to your own physical server on a direct internet connection up to 10Gb, and options of assisted management to full self management. The options depend on your own requirements of what you are trying to achieve, we are happy to help and give advice in this area also. Domain Name Registration and Hosting

We are a Nominet (official UK domain registry) registrar, which means we can register and hold your domains on your behalf without the need to use a 3rd party which often have a higher cost for domain registration and renewals.
